Trademarks: Wallwik Ltd is the owner of the Designer Wallpapers trademark. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logo cited herein are the property of Designer Wallpapers, its authorised partners or the products' respective owners.
In the rare case that you discover that a product is defective in some way or is faulty, we guarantee a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge on the condition that the product is fully checked for faults before and during hanging, not after. Please note, we will not cover decorator costs or additional costs (other than what is specified under the Consumer Rights Act or Consumer Contracts Regulations) that arise as this is your responsibility. We adhere to the Consumer Rights Act & Consumer Contracts Regulations and will offer a replacement within 30 days of purchase upon return of the product.
We only accept orders at the point of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order up until that point. The processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract.
In our Hassle Free returns policy, you have 14 days from the moment the wallpaper products arrives for you to return them back to us, with a refund after we receive the products back and providing that the product is unopened and in a re-saleable condition. If for any reason you have to send the wallpaper back to us, please pack carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for damage that has occured in transit to us. Please note that our hassle free returns policy excludes bespoke and made to measure products.
We offer two (2) Free Samples for you to see which wallpaper works best, any further samples are charged at 75p each. Free samples offer is only available via our website online, if you need to place a sample request manually through the phone, they are £1.00 each.
We do our upmost to provide the most reliable service possible, however we recommend that you allow enough time for your goods to arrive before committing to contractors or decorating services. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for third party costs should your goods be subject to delays.
