90 Day Returns Policy

Returns for Change of Mind:  If you're not completely satisfied with your wallpaper, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 90 days for store credit.

Returns for Quality Issues:  Items that arrive damaged or defective can be returned within 90 days for a full refund.

Leftover Rolls: Unlike our competitors, we allow returns of leftover sealed rolls within 30 days for a full refund, or within 90 days for store credit. Rolls must be in original packaging and undamaged.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:  Paints, fabrics, and products cut to length cannot be returned.

Return Process:  To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Store credits do not expire.
