Frutto Proibito is created from two archived designs - cheeky little monkeys crafted for a Milanese patisserie in the 1950s, ravish a bounteous pomegranate tree from a 1940s fabric in a scene which toys with scale. A true embodiment of the Fornasetti wit and creativity.
