Fortoiseau wallpaper by Nina Campbell was the result of a trip to India where the designer spotted - and couldn’t forget - a striking mirrored door. The design is a large scale print featuring birds perched on a leaf and sitting in vintage frames. The pattern takes the name of a beautiful château in the Seine-et-Marne region of France, which has since crumpled into dust but remains in literature of the area. Fortoiseau wallpaper is an Osborne and Little design and can be found in Nina Campbell’s flamboyant Les Indiennes wallpaper collection.
