UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders — there is no minimum spend and no hidden fees. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

Sample Delivery

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order — colour on screen is never colour on a wall. Our sample service is designed to make this as easy as possible.

First 5 samples free

Your first five samples are completely free — no charge, no conditions.

75p deposit per additional sample

Additional samples beyond 5 carry a 75p deposit, fully refunded against your order.

Up to £10 refunded on purchase

If you go on to order the wallpaper, we'll refund up to £10 of sample costs automatically.

Allow up to 5 working days

Samples are ordered from manufacturers and collated before dispatch, so please allow a little extra time.

International Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated per product — you'll see the exact cost on the product page before adding to your basket.

US brands (e.g. Thibaut)

American products are shipped directly from the US. Standard delivery is free within 14 working days. Express delivery is available — please call us.

Call us on 0800 043 4798 and we'll do everything we can to arrange same-day dispatch or a guaranteed morning slot.

Missed delivery

Our courier will leave a card if you're not in. You can rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot — details will be on the card.

Check your order on arrival

Please inspect your wallpaper before hanging. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier. If you haven't received your tracking details, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Do not hang damaged wallpaper as this may affect your ability to make a claim.
Yes, we deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands. Delivery times to more remote areas may be slightly longer — please allow 2–5 working days. Additional surcharges may apply to some remote postcodes, which will be shown at checkout.
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please call us as soon as possible and we'll update the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible but we'll do everything we can to help.
We aim to dispatch complete orders together. In some cases where stock comes from different locations, rolls may arrive in separate packages on the same day or consecutive days. If you have any concerns, please call us and we'll confirm your dispatch details.
Yes — you're welcome to collect from our Hackney Wick showroom at 4 Hepscott Road, London E9 5HB. Please call us first to arrange a collection time and confirm your order is ready. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
