We offer one of the most generous returns policies in the industry. Whether you've changed your mind, have leftover rolls, or received something damaged — we've got you covered.

Not quite right?

Return within 30 days for a full refund, or within 90 days for store credit. Wallpaper must be unused and in its original packaging.

Quality Issue

Damaged or defective?

Return within 90 days for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping costs. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Leftover Rolls

Rolls left over?

Unlike most retailers, we accept returns of leftover sealed rolls — within 30 days for a full refund, or 90 days for store credit. Must be in original, undamaged packaging.

Cannot be returned

Non-returnable items

Paints, fabrics, and any products that have been cut to length cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note: Wallpaper that has been hung cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless it arrived with a manufacturing defect. We always recommend ordering and checking samples first.

How to Make a Return

Our returns process is simple. Here's what to do:

Contact us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and provide the return address — or arrange collection if the item is defective.

Send your items back

Pack securely in the original packaging and use a tracked service. Return shipping is covered by us for damaged or defective items — otherwise it's the customer's responsibility.

Receive your refund or store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return. Store credits are applied immediately and never expire.

Tip: We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
